My experience with Hei Homes has been wonderful.
The appartment is well- furnished and beautiful. The team was very efficient throughout and has been very fast with all the issues like maintenance, repairs. I had a very comfortable stay with them and didn’t have to bother about minor things.
I would highly recommend staying with them!

Heihomes is a great co-living provider. It was my first time renting a co-living space, so I did a lot of research and Heihomes is quite reasonably priced compared to other co-living providers on the market.

Their monthly cost accounted for most things internet, weekly cleaning of shared areas, electricity, water, etc. (unless you go above the limit) as well as toiletries such as paper towels, toilet paper etc.). I felt like a lot of the costs of living and renting were covered in my monthly payments. They also have great customer service and respond to any queries very quickly and I would recommend Heihomes to anyone who is looking for a good co-living provider.

Hei Homes team has been very responsive throughout the entire process, from scheduling viewing to contract termination.
The rooms are located in strategic areas in Singapore at an average lower price vs other providers.
They provide flexibility by allowing 3 months contracts without surcharge.

Hei homes was also very helpful and always responsive, they made sure all repairs were done on time and managed to answer all my queries. Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. I had an extremely pleasant experience with heihomes. Even though the pocket room I stayed in was really tiny, the interior designer really made an effort to make the tiny room look nice. The common area was very comfortable and well designed as well.
Any issues with the place were taken care of very quickly. The property manager replies almost immediately and is very kind.
I really liked, that they were flexible regarding the move in and move out date, especially because the rent is charged prorated depending on move in or move out date.
Overall a great experience, would recommend it to anyone looking for a well furnished and professionally managed place.

I planned to stay 3 months but stayed 7 months with Hei Homes and I highly recommend them for those who can afford it. The house was spacious and well decorated. Their room rental rates are competitive, and to compare accurately you should consider that all recurring costs are included in their rental unlike some other companies/landlords – costs such as cleaning, wifi, utilities and household supplies.

Here are 4 things I appreciated:

1) Easily accessible, personal and responsive customer support via WhatsApp – I have since moved to a bigger name Co-living company and their customer service requires you to submit a ticket through their app, and they’re slow to respond, it’s driving me nuts. Appreciating Hei Homes even more now.

2) Provision of household supplies over and above the minimal that other companies provide. Again comparing to my new place as well as based on my enquiries with many others during my search.

3) Prioritizing privacy in mixed gender apartments – in my apartment with two rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom between the rooms, they were committed to ensuring that prospective male tenants were offered other rooms, so that as a female tenant I would not have an adjoining bathroom with a male tenant. I did not find any other companies committed to such arrangements during my search.
Also in relation to privacy, they took very seriously my concern about a camera in the shower and acted promptly on it (turned out to be a false alarm).

4) As a bonus, they are still the only co-living company I know to allow overnight stays at no extra charge (for a limited number of days per month). Because of this I made good memories having my godsister stay over with me sometimes. It was a blessing and a special time.

I had 5 housemates during this short time and it was great knowing them, we got along well despite the age gap (I’m older than most of them being in my late 30s).

Hei Homes wasn’t perfect of course, there were issues but they were mostly resolved satisfactorily or I decided I could live with it, being a short-term stayer. I still highly recommend Hei Homes to anyone who might be looking, local or expat.

Hei Homes is by far the best place I have stayed in Singapore. Throughout 2 years living in Sturdee View apartment, I find the staffs very helpful and the weekly cleaning service excellent. It was a full of sun light flat and every single corner is photogenic and Instagramable. If I am not leaving Singapore, I will continue my tenure for years. I love that I had housemates from different countries and we got a long very well. I will miss my time with Hei Homes and highly recommend it for any one who is looking for a place to call home.
