Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially. I recommend them to everyone in my path – and send a big thank you for making my stay in Singapore much easier.

Had a fabulous time staying with Hei Homes. The convenience the place offers is amazing because you don’t need to worry about basics like toilet rolls, laundry detergent etc. Other than that, the whole idea of staying with people belonging to different nationalities, backgrounds helps you make lots of new friends in the process (especially if you’re new to SG). Always a pleasure to come back to Hei Homes for me.

I had a wonderful time staying with Hei Homes in Singapore. I was in a flat in Farrer Park – great location, condo with brilliant amenities, very convenient too. Through my fifteen months with them, I had five different flatmates, all of whom were easy to live with, thanks to Hei Homes’ help. I appreciated Hei Homes’ communication – they were accessible during office hours on WhatsApp, and always replied quickly and in full. It was a perfect option for me with the rolling rent structure, given my work situation. Would stay again!

Spent 3 months at a beautiful Hei Homes unit in River Valley. The flat was probably the best place I’ve stayed in Singapore. Super spacious and the interior design was trendy yet inviting. Hei Homes makes the living situation super simple by providing all kitchen and bedroom essentials, regularly restocking supplies, hiring a weekly cleaner, and quickly resolving issues that come up (e.g. they quickly fixed out freezer when it stopped working without blaming us). Best part is that it all comes included in your monthly rent. If it wasn’t for me deciding to move in with my partner, I’m sure I would have stayed for a long time. You can’t go wrong with the Hei Homes team.

Having lived at multiple places and in multiple co-living spaces since arriving in Singapore, I have to say my experience of staying at Hei Homes was absolutely amazing.

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but the customer service was on point.

TinTin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and had everything I and the home needed. Especially during and after the circuit breaker when you spend most of your time at home.

I also needed to adjust my dates of moving in and out a few times due to COVID and again, the team again went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.

10/10 would recommend.

I lived at the Farrer Park property for over a year and a half. The property was well decorated and spacious and had a very homely feel. Hei Homes were very friendly (provided the odd homemade desserts) and helpful if anything needed fixing and I had a great time staying there!
