I stayed at Hei Homes Farrer Park, for around 3-4 months and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. It is a beautifully furnished house with all the necessary items to make your stay very comfortable. I stayed with amazing flatmates who are now very dear friends of mine. The quality of service rendered by Hei Homes is excellent and they are very prompt in responding to any requests. They offer a very good weekly cleaning service as well. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is open to a co-living arrangement.

I lived in one of Hei Homes’ properties near Farrer Park MRT for almost a year. The house is very well designed with ample lighting and cozy furniture, people from Hei Homes are also very helpful when in need. I had a wonderful time with my house mates coming from all around the world, that perhaps is the best part! Would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a place to stay in SG.

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

Staff always ready to answer my calls and mails and match my needs whenever for example I needed a new chair or a different desk. If something needed to be fixed, I have never waited more than half a day and I have appreciated their interest in keeping the interior design always updated and new. Having them from different parts of the world, we exchange fascinating cultures and knowledge of each other’s backgrounds. We get along nicely back then and even now we still check upon each other. I rented for almost two years a common room at the River Valley area from Hei Homes. It was a great experience, great apartment, ended up with life Long friends/roomies. Nissi was always the best, she relocated me to an apartment closer to work, was always on TOP of everything. If I go back to SG I wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with heihomes. Even though the pocket room I stayed in was really tiny, the interior designer really made an effort to make the tiny room look nice. The common area was very comfortable and well designed as well.
Any issues with the place were taken care of very quickly. The property manager replies almost immediately and is very kind.
I really liked, that they were flexible regarding the move in and move out date, especially because the rent is charged prorated depending on move in or move out date.
Overall a great experience, would recommend it to anyone looking for a well furnished and professionally managed place.
