I stayed with Hei Homes for more than a year without any problems. Communication was quick and any problems were taken care of smoothly. The environment was very relaxed which is relatively rare in Singapore and I enjoyed my stay without any stress. I’d recommend to rent here especially for expats, since it is a multi-cultural environment 🙂

Without knowing where to settle down in Singapore as a foreigner, co-living was the answer. And choosing Hei Homes was the right decision. On day 1, the management team made adjustments for my late-night arrival in Singapore and provided me detailed instructions, with photos, to enter the property. Hei Homes offered me everything I needed, from bedding, furniture, household necessities to hospitality. The best part was the management team’s responsiveness to any inquiries. Location was a bonus! I ended up extending my stay for a couple more months. I’d recommend Hei Homes to anyone who is looking for a short-term rental.

I had a great experience with hei homes. My room was very bright and well located. We had a cleaning service every week for the common areas and basic house supplies were furnished.
They were quite responsive when we had an issue or needed new supplies.

I have had a great stay in an accommodation close to Orchard Road. The room is perfect and I even had my own bathroom. Communication with agency was always very uncomplicated. They were pretty helpful. Issues were fixed fast.

Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. I can’t thank Hei homes enough for everything they did whilst I was staying in their River Valley apartment. From day 1 they were responsive and accommodating to my needs. They made sure I had all the info I needed and answered all the questions I had. My move in date was a bit up in the air and I needed to change it a few times and Hei Homes were nothing but supportive and helpful. I would recommend everyone to stay with them if you want a long term or short term let, it is a perfect place and very homely. The interiors are super and the layout works great. Hei Homes is by far the best place I have stayed in Singapore. Throughout 2 years living in Sturdee View apartment, I find the staffs very helpful and the weekly cleaning service excellent. It was a full of sun light flat and every single corner is photogenic and Instagramable. If I am not leaving Singapore, I will continue my tenure for years. I love that I had housemates from different countries and we got a long very well. I will miss my time with Hei Homes and highly recommend it for any one who is looking for a place to call home.

I planned to stay 3 months but stayed 7 months with Hei Homes and I highly recommend them for those who can afford it. The house was spacious and well decorated. Their room rental rates are competitive, and to compare accurately you should consider that all recurring costs are included in their rental unlike some other companies/landlords – costs such as cleaning, wifi, utilities and household supplies.

Here are 4 things I appreciated:

1) Easily accessible, personal and responsive customer support via WhatsApp – I have since moved to a bigger name Co-living company and their customer service requires you to submit a ticket through their app, and they’re slow to respond, it’s driving me nuts. Appreciating Hei Homes even more now.

2) Provision of household supplies over and above the minimal that other companies provide. Again comparing to my new place as well as based on my enquiries with many others during my search.

3) Prioritizing privacy in mixed gender apartments – in my apartment with two rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom between the rooms, they were committed to ensuring that prospective male tenants were offered other rooms, so that as a female tenant I would not have an adjoining bathroom with a male tenant. I did not find any other companies committed to such arrangements during my search.
Also in relation to privacy, they took very seriously my concern about a camera in the shower and acted promptly on it (turned out to be a false alarm).

4) As a bonus, they are still the only co-living company I know to allow overnight stays at no extra charge (for a limited number of days per month). Because of this I made good memories having my godsister stay over with me sometimes. It was a blessing and a special time.

I had 5 housemates during this short time and it was great knowing them, we got along well despite the age gap (I’m older than most of them being in my late 30s).

Hei Homes wasn’t perfect of course, there were issues but they were mostly resolved satisfactorily or I decided I could live with it, being a short-term stayer. I still highly recommend Hei Homes to anyone who might be looking, local or expat.

Had a fabulous time staying with Hei Homes. The convenience the place offers is amazing because you don’t need to worry about basics like toilet rolls, laundry detergent etc. Other than that, the whole idea of staying with people belonging to different nationalities, backgrounds helps you make lots of new friends in the process (especially if you’re new to SG). Always a pleasure to come back to Hei Homes for me.
