I stayed with Hei Homes for over 3 years across 2 different properties and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Prior to staying with Hei Homes I was with another Co-Living company and the difference is night and day.

What’s exceptional for me compared to the other coliving companies is the decor. Every property is immaculately decorated with exceptional taste and style. This is something that makes Hei Homes truly standout against any other co living company. Second is the price point. Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!

I stayed with Hei Homes at The Claremont – Penthouse. The Hei homes team were wonderful to work with throughout my four month stay. Their apartment was wonderfully designed and weekly cleaning kept it in great condition.

Any issues I had were resolved with swiftness and the team was always very polite. I enjoyed the way they prepared profiles for new roommates, allowing easy introductions and a more welcoming feel overall.

I would absolutely recommend staying with Hei homes!

It is one of the best renting agencies I have seen, mainly for the students like me who are looking for short term rentals it’s very convenient. The stay was very well organised, starting from furnishing, utensils to arranging helper, everything was spot-on. Would definitely recommend to go through them for a country like Singapore where finding a house is a nightmare. Thanks guys!!
