Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at Hei Homes Apartment at Hertford Mansion. From the moment I stepped into the house, I knew that I had made the right choice. It has the amenities I needed to feel at home. The management team was prompt and willing to help with any issues that arose. Their maintenance staff are efficient in addressing any requests. The location was in Little India and hence also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment which is what I needed the most. The space is big and airy and extremely tastefully furnished! Overall, I would highly recommend Hei homes to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient co-living experience. I loved my stay with Hei Homes at. I had selected a fully furnished unit in The Aston. They provided excellent accommodation alongside utilities that made it a wonderful, no-frills experience. This included all cleaning and kitchen supplies and the team always made sure things were taken care of on time. The facilities and the building was well maintained and their customer service was very responsive, warm and prompt. In fact, the entire staff was friendly and efficient.
