I stayed at Hei Homes when I needed housing as part of a university exchange program, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone

Heihomes is a great co-living provider. It was my first time renting a co-living space, so I did a lot of research and Heihomes is quite reasonably priced compared to other co-living providers on the market.

Their monthly cost accounted for most things internet, weekly cleaning of shared areas, electricity, water, etc. (unless you go above the limit) as well as toiletries such as paper towels, toilet paper etc.). I felt like a lot of the costs of living and renting were covered in my monthly payments. They also have great customer service and respond to any queries very quickly and I would recommend Heihomes to anyone who is looking for a good co-living provider.

I stayed with Hei Homes for over 3 years across 2 different properties and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Prior to staying with Hei Homes I was with another Co-Living company and the difference is night and day.

What’s exceptional for me compared to the other coliving companies is the decor. Every property is immaculately decorated with exceptional taste and style. This is something that makes Hei Homes truly standout against any other co living company. Second is the price point. For the price point against other co living companies, Hei homes really stands out in terms of the quality of the property you are getting and the service.

Spent 3 months at a beautiful Hei Homes unit in River Valley. The flat was probably the best place I’ve stayed in Singapore. Super spacious and the interior design was trendy yet inviting. Hei Homes makes the living situation super simple by providing all kitchen and bedroom essentials, regularly restocking supplies, hiring a weekly cleaner, and quickly resolving issues that come up (e.g. they quickly fixed out freezer when it stopped working without blaming us). Best part is that it all comes included in your monthly rent. If it wasn’t for me deciding to move in with my partner, I’m sure I would have stayed for a long time. You can’t go wrong with the Hei Homes team.

I can’t thank Hei homes enough for everything they did whilst I was staying in their River Valley apartment. From day 1 they were responsive and accommodating to my needs. They made sure I had all the info I needed and answered all the questions I had. My move in date was a bit up in the air and I needed to change it a few times and Hei Homes were nothing but supportive and helpful. I would recommend everyone to stay with them if you want a long term or short term let, it is a perfect place and very homely. The interiors are super and the layout works great.
