Hei Homes was very communicative and pleasant, overall I had an unforgettable experience. One of the things that drew me to the company in the first place was the impeccable design and furnishing of its apartments. Appliance issues (eg. Aircon, oven) is attended and fixed almost immediately. So far the communication with Hei Homes staff is very efficient. In comparison to many other responses I’ve received concerning housing properties in Singapore, Hei Homes seemed more proactive and practical. When selecting a living space, renters are putting a great deal of trust in those they lease from, and honest and direct communication is important to build this trust. I think Hei Homes did a great job of staying in touch and on top of my leasing process.

It is one of the best renting agencies I have seen, mainly for the students like me who are looking for short term rentals it’s very convenient. The stay was very well organised, starting from furnishing, utensils to arranging helper, everything was spot-on. My 6 month stay with Hei Homes at Kerrisdale has been wonderful. The unit is well-furnished and maintained. The best part is that the rent is inclusive of most things so I didn’t have to worry about paying monthly utility bills, getting repairs done etc. Not only do they provide us with cleaning and kitchen supplies but also have a weekly cleaner come in to thoroughly clean all the spaces. And to top it up, the team has always been very responsive and efficient. Overall a great experience.

I stayed with Hei Homes for 2 years. I found them to be one of the best options for Co living in Singapore. The rents were affordable, the interiors were nicely done and the apartments were spacious. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend.

Spent a lovely 4 months living at the Hei Homes accomodation in Tanjong Pagar. They lived up to the expectations set and while living with them I was happy at the end of a day to go back to a home. They created a warm environment and made sure that the tenants had everything they needed. Whenever we needed anything fixed or resupplied they would do so within a day or two. Very good service happy to have chosen them! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to put down roots!

Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

I had a great experience with hei homes. My room was very bright and well located. We had a cleaning service every week for the common areas and basic house supplies were furnished.
They were quite responsive when we had an issue or needed new supplies.

Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!
