Spent 3 months at a beautiful Hei Homes unit in River Valley. The flat was probably the best place I’ve stayed in Singapore. Super spacious and the interior design was trendy yet inviting. Hei Homes makes the living situation super simple by providing all kitchen and bedroom essentials, regularly restocking supplies, hiring a weekly cleaner, and quickly resolving issues that come up (e.g. they quickly fixed out freezer when it stopped working without blaming us). Best part is that it all comes included in your monthly rent. If it wasn’t for me deciding to move in with my partner, I’m sure I would have stayed for a long time. You can’t go wrong with the Hei Homes team.

Renting with Hei Homes for my 5 months stay in Singapore was amazing! I loved my condo in Tiong Bahru, the apartment was very nicely decorated (bali vibes) and the area is great. The coliving was also nice, Hei Homes puts like-minded people together so had a great time with my flatmates! Besides that, the service of Hei Homes is very good, you don’t have to think about anything as cleaner, amenities etc are taken care of and they respond very quickly in case of an issue. Can recommend to anyone looking for a coliving place in Singapore!

Hei Homes tends to pick and choose well fitting flatmates which makes living in a shared place very pleasant.

I lived at the Farrer Park property for over a year and a half. The property was well decorated and spacious and had a very homely feel. Hei Homes were very friendly (provided the odd homemade desserts) and helpful if anything needed fixing and I had a great time staying there!
