Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. They’e the best option for expats! Thank you Hei Homes!

I stayed with Hei Homes in Singapore in their Kerrisdale apartment during my exchange university semester. I am very happy with everything Hei Homes provided me with. The apartment was like on the pictures on the website and in good condition. What was very nice was the customer service in Singapore. If there was any problem or repair to be made, you could just whatsapp Hei Homes and they took care off it in a quick manner!

I stayed at Hei Homes Farrer Park, for around 3-4 months and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. It is a beautifully furnished house with all the necessary items to make your stay very comfortable. I stayed with amazing flatmates who are now very dear friends of mine. The quality of service rendered by Hei Homes is excellent and they are very prompt in responding to any requests. They offer a very good weekly cleaning service as well. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is open to a co-living arrangement.

The stay at hei homes was very smooth and amazing. The apartment was properly furnished and all the necessities were available for use, I didn’t need to buy even a single utensil. You just need to come with your personal luggage and everything thing else wa made available. In fact, I would love to stay again.

The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone

Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!
