I have stayed at Hei Homes (in the Holland Hill flat) from August to December 2023. The houses are very well kept and much bigger than most Singapore flats, the support team is also very responsive and kind- couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation!

Having lived at multiple places and in multiple co-living spaces since arriving in Singapore, I have to say my experience of staying at Hei Homes was absolutely amazing.

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but the customer service was on point.

TinTin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and had everything I and the home needed. Especially during and after the circuit breaker when you spend most of your time at home.

I also needed to adjust my dates of moving in and out a few times due to COVID and again, the team again went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.

10/10 would recommend.

I stayed with Hei Homes for over 3 years across 2 different properties and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Prior to staying with Hei Homes I was with another Co-Living company and the difference is night and day.

What’s exceptional for me compared to the other coliving companies is the decor. Every property is immaculately decorated with exceptional taste and style. This is something that makes Hei Homes truly standout against any other co living company. Second is the price point. For the price point against other co living companies, Hei homes really stands out in terms of the quality of the property you are getting and the service.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. From the moment I stepped into the condo, I knew that I had made the right choice. It has the amenities I needed to feel at home.The management team was prompt and willing to help with any issues that arose. Their maintenance staff are efficient in addressing any requests. The location was also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment which is what I needed the most. I stayed at Hei Homes Farrer Park, for around 3-4 months and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. It is a beautifully furnished house with all the necessary items to make your stay very comfortable. I stayed with amazing flatmates who are now very dear friends of mine. The quality of service rendered by Hei Homes is excellent and they are very prompt in responding to any requests. They offer a very good weekly cleaning service as well. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is open to a co-living arrangement.

I had a great experience with hei homes. My room was very bright and well located. We had a cleaning service every week for the common areas and basic house supplies were furnished.
They were quite responsive when we had an issue or needed new supplies.
