Stayed in Pocket Room in Bali House Novena. Location was definitely a 10/10, the house was beautifully renovated and decorated. Working with hei homes has been great, super responsive and very willing to accommodate your needs. Just wish my room was a little cleaner when I arrived.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at Hei Homes Apartment at Hertford Mansion. From the moment I stepped into the house, I knew that I had made the right choice. It has the amenities I needed to feel at home. The management team was prompt and willing to help with any issues that arose. Their maintenance staff are efficient in addressing any requests. The location was in Little India and hence also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment which is what I needed the most. The space is big and airy and extremely tastefully furnished! Overall, I would highly recommend Hei homes to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient co-living experience. Having lived at multiple places and in multiple co-living spaces since arriving in Singapore, I have to say my experience of staying at Hei Homes was absolutely amazing.

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but the customer service was on point.

TinTin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and had everything I and the home needed. Especially during and after the circuit breaker when you spend most of your time at home.

I also needed to adjust my dates of moving in and out a few times due to COVID and again, the team again went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.

10/10 would recommend.

The environment was very relaxed which is relatively rare in Singapore and I enjoyed my stay without any stress.
