We are a startup in real estate, and we are looking for a passionate, experienced Online Community Manager / Virtual Customer Representative, to mainly interact with our online communities. This is an exciting opportunity to later be full time, and as we are early your contribution will make a big difference.

Responsibilities:
• Act as key client liaison across all our communication platform
• Act as primary point of contact for community engagement & new customers
• Scheduling viewing appointments, sending reminders to assigned parties
• Member management and internal coordination of Housekeeping & Maintenance team for the timely delivery of client’s requests
• Attend to queries of existing Members
• Ensure smooth room booking process end-to-end
• Brainstorm new ideas, create and disseminate best practices in all relevant work areas with other members of the team
