Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially. Hei Homes are beautiful and very well-furnished. A complete home experience with well-organised maintenance system. The agency makes sure you are comfortable in the living space, both personal and common, and new housemates are picked ensuring that existing tenants are compatible with them. Hei homes also provides all basic cleaning supplies and a maid service for weekly upkeep of the units. I thoroughly loved and enjoyed my 9 month stay in River Valley. Highly recommend.

Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

Had a pleasant experience staying here. The room was spacious, the girls in my flat were all lovely, and the rent management was quite communicative. The construction noise was the only issue I had but all in all staying here was still worth it given the price and all the facilities offered.
