Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

I love how strategic the location is, the people I lived with, my room, and of course, Heihomes for their assistance and hospitality whenever I need help. I had a delightful stay throughout my contract, and if I have the opportunity again, I will go back to them.

Having them from different parts of the world, we exchange fascinating cultures and knowledge of each other’s backgrounds. We get along nicely back then and even now we still check upon each other. The house was also clean and homey!

Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially.
