Had a pleasant stay with Hei Homes for 1 and a half years. Pricing of room was amazing given the conditions of location, ambience of the entire unit, and last but not least, the service Hei Homes provides us with. One highlight for me was no need of cleaning room and common space due to weekly cleaning service included in monthly rent. I would recommend if you are looking for a homey and stress-free place to stay near CBD area!

Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. I had a great experience with hei homes. My room was very bright and well located. We had a cleaning service every week for the common areas and basic house supplies were furnished.
They were quite responsive when we had an issue or needed new supplies.

I spent the last 7 months in one of their rooms and everything has been really smooth. Staff always ready to answer my calls and mails and match my needs whenever for example I needed a new chair or a different desk. If something needed to be fixed, I have never waited more than half a day and I have appreciated their interest in keeping the interior design always updated and new. I lived in one of Hei Homes’ properties near Farrer Park MRT for almost a year. The house is very well designed with ample lighting and cozy furniture, people from Hei Homes are also very helpful when in need. I had a wonderful time with my house mates coming from all around the world, that perhaps is the best part! Would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a place to stay in SG.
