Claremont - Hei Homes | Boutique Coliving Apartments

I have stayed at Hei Homes (in the Holland Hill flat) from August to December 2023. The houses are very well kept and much bigger than most Singapore flats, the support team is also very responsive and kind- couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation!

Had a pleasant experience staying here. The room was spacious, the girls in my flat were all lovely, and the rent management was quite communicative. The construction noise was the only issue I had but all in all staying here was still worth it given the price and all the facilities offered.

I planned to stay 3 months but stayed 7 months with Hei Homes and I highly recommend them for those who can afford it. The house was spacious and well decorated. Their room rental rates are competitive, and to compare accurately you should consider that all recurring costs are included in their rental unlike some other companies/landlords – costs such as cleaning, wifi, utilities and household supplies.

Here are 4 things I appreciated:

1) Easily accessible, personal and responsive customer support via WhatsApp – I have since moved to a bigger name Co-living company and their customer service requires you to submit a ticket through their app, and they’re slow to respond, it’s driving me nuts. Appreciating Hei Homes even more now.

2) Provision of household supplies over and above the minimal that other companies provide. Again comparing to my new place as well as based on my enquiries with many others during my search.

3) Prioritizing privacy in mixed gender apartments – in my apartment with two rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom between the rooms, they were committed to ensuring that prospective male tenants were offered other rooms, so that as a female tenant I would not have an adjoining bathroom with a male tenant. I did not find any other companies committed to such arrangements during my search.
Also in relation to privacy, they took very seriously my concern about a camera in the shower and acted promptly on it (turned out to be a false alarm).

4) As a bonus, they are still the only co-living company I know to allow overnight stays at no extra charge (for a limited number of days per month). Because of this I made good memories having my godsister stay over with me sometimes. It was a blessing and a special time.

I had 5 housemates during this short time and it was great knowing them, we got along well despite the age gap (I’m older than most of them being in my late 30s).

Hei Homes wasn’t perfect of course, there were issues but they were mostly resolved satisfactorily or I decided I could live with it, being a short-term stayer. I still highly recommend Hei Homes to anyone who might be looking, local or expat.

They are a professional team who take care of all your needs during your stay and respond to any query or concern that you may have.

Hei Homes was very communicative and pleasant, overall I had an unforgettable experience. One of the things that drew me to the company in the first place was the impeccable design and furnishing of its apartments. Appliance issues (eg. Aircon, oven) is attended and fixed almost immediately. So far the communication with Hei Homes staff is very efficient. In comparison to many other responses I’ve received concerning housing properties in Singapore, Hei Homes seemed more proactive and practical. When selecting a living space, renters are putting a great deal of trust in those they lease from, and honest and direct communication is important to build this trust. I think Hei Homes did a great job of staying in touch and on top of my leasing process.

My co-living experience with HeiHomes is great.
I am glad to have a reasonably-priced room to stay for years.
My room as well as entire apartment unit is spacious and well-furnished.
Many daily necessaries are covered by their services thus it really eases my life.
Friendly & supportive staffs always provide assistance in timely manner.

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay with reasonable price.
I stayed at 2 Hei homes apartments for 10 months and found the provided services as well as the location is superb. It’s fuss free since everything is all in the rental. Deposit was immediately settled within 7 days of moving out.

I had an absolute lovely time living at the Aston property of Hei Homes! The house was beautiful, well maintained and furnished fully. The customer service was excellent from day 1 and all concerns were addressed immediately. I have stayed with another coliving company in Singapore before but Hei Homes is the absolute best! Highly recommended, it is home away from home 🙂
