Had a fabulous time staying with Hei Homes. The convenience the place offers is amazing because you don’t need to worry about basics like toilet rolls, laundry detergent etc. Other than that, the whole idea of staying with people belonging to different nationalities, backgrounds helps you make lots of new friends in the process (especially if you’re new to SG). Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone
