I stayed at Hei Homes when I needed housing as part of a university exchange program, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone

I loved my stay with Hei Homes at the Regalia. The apartment was furnished well and made me feel like home instantly. Hei homes was also very helpful and always responsive, they made sure all repairs were done on time and managed to answer all my queries. I stayed at 2 Hei homes apartments for 10 months and found the provided services as well as the location is superb. It’s fuss free since everything is all in the rental. Deposit was immediately settled within 7 days of moving out.

I have been with hei homes for a couple of years now and I must say that I feel so at home even when living away from my family and home country.

Their staff are responsive, friendly and accommodating. Doing their best to attend to the members’ needs even with some who are just too demanding.

Their prices are reasonable as they have good locations and monthly rent already includes weekly cleaning services, wifi, supply of essentials (toilet paper, kitchen towel, laundry detergent, etc) that other co-living companies don’t provide.

Through my fifteen months with them, I had five different flatmates, all of whom were easy to live with, thanks to Hei Homes’ help. I appreciated Hei Homes’ communication – they were accessible during office hours on WhatsApp, and always replied quickly and in full. It was a perfect option for me with the rolling rent structure, given my work situation. Would stay again!
