I loved my stay with Hei Homes at the Regalia. The apartment was furnished well and made me feel like home instantly. Hei homes was also very helpful and always responsive, they made sure all repairs were done on time and managed to answer all my queries. It’s a safe and very aesthetically pleasing option to stay in one of their homes :).

Nice customer service and they address most of your needs timely, had a pleasant 6-month stay with Hei homes. Recommend for those who’re looking for a short term lease/ co-living experience 🙂

I stayed at Hei Homes when I needed housing as part of a university exchange program, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone

I had a great experience with hei homes. My room was very bright and well located. We had a cleaning service every week for the common areas and basic house supplies were furnished.
They were quite responsive when we had an issue or needed new supplies.

Nice house (things worked, nicely decorated). The hei team was very responsive over WhatsApp which I really appreciated. They also did a nice job of introducing us to each other in advance so it felt a bit like a community, rather than just strangers in the same house.

Originally planned to stay for only 3 months but ended up staying for 10 months! Was an awesome stay, especially in terms of location and very clean!

I lived at the Farrer Park property for over a year and a half. The property was well decorated and spacious and had a very homely feel. Hei Homes were very friendly (provided the odd homemade desserts) and helpful if anything needed fixing and I had a great time staying there!
