Hei homes is super responsive and really good about fixing any issues in the flat, and providing necessary supplies. The furnishing in the flat was tasteful and homey. It made my short term stay in Singapore much more enjoyable to have accommodations where I didn’t have to worry about any other utilities or fees.

It’s been a delight living with Hei Homes for over 2 years. The homes are beautifully furnished and immaculate. The hotline is fairly responsive. Great choice if you are in Singapore and looking for a co-living space!

Hei Homes are beautiful and very well-furnished. A complete home experience with well-organised maintenance system. The agency makes sure you are comfortable in the living space, both personal and common, and new housemates are picked ensuring that existing tenants are compatible with them. Hei homes also provides all basic cleaning supplies and a maid service for weekly upkeep of the units. I thoroughly loved and enjoyed my 9 month stay in River Valley. Highly recommend.

One word that I can think of the place Dublin 17B is love. I love how strategic the location is, the people I lived with, my room, and of course, Heihomes for their assistance and hospitality whenever I need help. I had a delightful stay throughout my contract, and if I have the opportunity again, I will go back to them.

I have had a great stay in an accommodation close to Orchard Road. The room is perfect and I even had my own bathroom. Communication with agency was always very uncomplicated. They were pretty helpful. Issues were fixed fast.

I rented for almost two years a common room at the River Valley area from Hei Homes. It was a great experience, great apartment, ended up with life Long friends/roomies. Nissi was always the best, she relocated me to an apartment closer to work, was always on TOP of everything. If I go back to SG I wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again.

I planned to stay 3 months but stayed 7 months with Hei Homes and I highly recommend them for those who can afford it. The house was spacious and well decorated. Their room rental rates are competitive, and to compare accurately you should consider that all recurring costs are included in their rental unlike some other companies/landlords – costs such as cleaning, wifi, utilities and household supplies.

Here are 4 things I appreciated:

1) Easily accessible, personal and responsive customer support via WhatsApp – I have since moved to a bigger name Co-living company and their customer service requires you to submit a ticket through their app, and they’re slow to respond, it’s driving me nuts. Appreciating Hei Homes even more now.

2) Provision of household supplies over and above the minimal that other companies provide. Again comparing to my new place as well as based on my enquiries with many others during my search.

3) Prioritizing privacy in mixed gender apartments – in my apartment with two rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom between the rooms, they were committed to ensuring that prospective male tenants were offered other rooms, so that as a female tenant I would not have an adjoining bathroom with a male tenant. I did not find any other companies committed to such arrangements during my search.
Also in relation to privacy, they took very seriously my concern about a camera in the shower and acted promptly on it (turned out to be a false alarm).

4) As a bonus, they are still the only co-living company I know to allow overnight stays at no extra charge (for a limited number of days per month). Because of this I made good memories having my godsister stay over with me sometimes. It was a blessing and a special time.

I had 5 housemates during this short time and it was great knowing them, we got along well despite the age gap (I’m older than most of them being in my late 30s).

Hei Homes wasn’t perfect of course, there were issues but they were mostly resolved satisfactorily or I decided I could live with it, being a short-term stayer. I still highly recommend Hei Homes to anyone who might be looking, local or expat.

They have amazing service. And the houses are very beautifully done.

It is one of the best renting agencies I have seen, mainly for the students like me who are looking for short term rentals it’s very convenient. The stay was very well organised, starting from furnishing, utensils to arranging helper, everything was spot-on. Would definitely recommend to go through them for a country like Singapore where finding a house is a nightmare. Thanks guys!!

I loved my stay with Hei Homes at. I had selected a fully furnished unit in The Aston. They provided excellent accommodation alongside utilities that made it a wonderful, no-frills experience. This included all cleaning and kitchen supplies and the team always made sure things were taken care of on time. The facilities and the building was well maintained and their customer service was very responsive, warm and prompt. In fact, the entire staff was friendly and efficient. In summary, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend to my friends.

Having lived at multiple places and in multiple co-living spaces since arriving in Singapore, I have to say my experience of staying at Hei Homes was absolutely amazing.

Not only was the home absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but the customer service was on point.

TinTin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and had everything I and the home needed. Especially during and after the circuit breaker when you spend most of your time at home.

I also needed to adjust my dates of moving in and out a few times due to COVID and again, the team again went above and beyond to ensure smooth transition.

10/10 would recommend.
