I stayed at Hei Homes when I needed housing as part of a university exchange program, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone

Very helpful and efficient when I come across any issues

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

Thank you for my experience with Hei Homes! The bedroom I stayed in was beautiful, the team were incredibly responsive to any requests or questions I had and went out of their way to make my stay as great as possible, and it was fantastic getting to know my flat mates.

I have lived in HeiHomes Central Green, Tiong Bahru for 6 months. It was my first time moving to Singapore. I enjoyed my stay here. HeiHomes staffs responded promptly to my needs and ensured a comfortable living place. It’s a lovely neighbourhood and I made some good friends with my housemates too.

Had a lovely 9 month stay at Hei Homes’ Spottiswoode Park Co-Living space. I had initially booked only a 3 months stay but decided to extend my stay as I loved the vibe of the flat and the neighborhood. The flat is located in such a convenient location. Housemates were friendly and the Hei Homes staff is very efficient and accommodating.

Best letting agency I know. Had a wonderful 3 years here. They’re friendly, responsive and personable. Every unit is beautifully decorated. There’s always someone available to attend to our needs and queries. All in all, highly recommended!

The appartment is well- furnished and beautiful. The team was very efficient throughout and has been very fast with all the issues like maintenance, repairs. I had a very comfortable stay with them and didn’t have to bother about minor things.
