It is one of the best renting agencies I have seen, mainly for the students like me who are looking for short term rentals it’s very convenient. The stay was very well organised, starting from furnishing, utensils to arranging helper, everything was spot-on. Would definitely recommend to go through them for a country like Singapore where finding a house is a nightmare. Thanks guys!!

I have been with hei homes for a couple of years now and I must say that I feel so at home even when living away from my family and home country.

Their staff are responsive, friendly and accommodating. Doing their best to attend to the members’ needs even with some who are just too demanding.

Their prices are reasonable as they have good locations and monthly rent already includes weekly cleaning services, wifi, supply of essentials (toilet paper, kitchen towel, laundry detergent, etc) that other co-living companies don’t provide.

I have lived in HeiHomes Central Green, Tiong Bahru for 6 months. It was my first time moving to Singapore. I enjoyed my stay here. HeiHomes staffs responded promptly to my needs and ensured a comfortable living place. It’s a lovely neighbourhood and I made some good friends with my housemates too.

Living with Hei Homes has been a wonderful experience. The apartment was decorated well and felt homely and cozy. My room was so nice and they are super fast at responding to any issues that may come up. Their staff is very friendly and always inform you before the servicing or maintenance workers are coming by. Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially. I recommend them to everyone in my path – and send a big thank you for making my stay in Singapore much easier.
