Had a pleasant stay with Hei Homes for 1 and a half years. Pricing of room was amazing given the conditions of location, ambience of the entire unit, and last but not least, the service Hei Homes provides us with. One highlight for me was no need of cleaning room and common space due to weekly cleaning service included in monthly rent. I would recommend if you are looking for a homey and stress-free place to stay near CBD area!

I loved my stay with Hei Homes at the Regalia. The apartment was furnished well and made me feel like home instantly. Hei homes was also very helpful and always responsive, they made sure all repairs were done on time and managed to answer all my queries. The house is aesthetic, each place has a different vibe and the furniture is unique, cosy and homey. The staff is responsive and very accommodating! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it is one of the best co-living spaces in Singapore!

I spent the last 7 months in one of their rooms and everything has been really smooth. Staff always ready to answer my calls and mails and match my needs whenever for example I needed a new chair or a different desk. If something needed to be fixed, I have never waited more than half a day and I have appreciated their interest in keeping the interior design always updated and new. Stayed in Pocket Room in Bali House Novena. Location was definitely a 10/10, the house was beautifully renovated and decorated. Working with hei homes has been great, super responsive and very willing to accommodate your needs. Just wish my room was a little cleaner when I arrived.

I stayed at Hei Homes when I needed housing as part of a university exchange program, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The process was extremely smooth to apply for an apartment, and the admin were very courteous and responsive throughout the process. The apartment itself was great, and it was a great experience getting to know my flatmates. I never had any issues. I also always appreciated that the staff would respond to any questions I had extremely quickly (usually within an hour of me reaching out). Overall I would recommend Hei Homes to everyone
