I stayed at Hei Homes Farrer Park, for around 3-4 months and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. It is a beautifully furnished house with all the necessary items to make your stay very comfortable. I stayed with amazing flatmates who are now very dear friends of mine. The quality of service rendered by Hei Homes is excellent and they are very prompt in responding to any requests. They offer a very good weekly cleaning service as well. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is open to a co-living arrangement.

The stay at hei homes was very smooth and amazing. The apartment was properly furnished and all the necessities were available for use, I didn’t need to buy even a single utensil. You just need to come with your personal luggage and everything thing else wa made available. In fact, I would love to stay again.

Hei homes was also very helpful and always responsive, they made sure all repairs were done on time and managed to answer all my queries. Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. Overall, I will highly recommend.

It’s been a delightful experience with Hei Homes for my tenure. The places are beautifully furnished and well managed by the tenants and periodic maintenance/cleaning services.

The hotline is fairly responsive and overall experience from onboarding to checked in was timely shared and managed by professional team. Great choice if you are in Singapore and looking for a co-living space!

I loved my stay with Hei Homes at. I had selected a fully furnished unit in The Aston. They provided excellent accommodation alongside utilities that made it a wonderful, no-frills experience. This included all cleaning and kitchen supplies and the team always made sure things were taken care of on time. The facilities and the building was well maintained and their customer service was very responsive, warm and prompt. In fact, the entire staff was friendly and efficient. In summary, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend to my friends.

I chose HeiHomes for TWO reasons only: pretty, convenience. Little did I realized 6 months down the road, not only did they handpicked 5 housemates that would make time for family dinners, but also 5 guests to my wedding.
