Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

Spent 3 months at a beautiful Hei Homes unit in River Valley. The flat was probably the best place I’ve stayed in Singapore. Super spacious and the interior design was trendy yet inviting. Hei Homes makes the living situation super simple by providing all kitchen and bedroom essentials, regularly restocking supplies, hiring a weekly cleaner, and quickly resolving issues that come up (e.g. they quickly fixed out freezer when it stopped working without blaming us). Best part is that it all comes included in your monthly rent. If it wasn’t for me deciding to move in with my partner, I’m sure I would have stayed for a long time. You can’t go wrong with the Hei Homes team.

Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially. I can’t thank Hei homes enough for everything they did whilst I was staying in their River Valley apartment. From day 1 they were responsive and accommodating to my needs. They made sure I had all the info I needed and answered all the questions I had. My move in date was a bit up in the air and I needed to change it a few times and Hei Homes were nothing but supportive and helpful. I would recommend everyone to stay with them if you want a long term or short term let, it is a perfect place and very homely. The interiors are super and the layout works great. The house is very well designed with ample lighting and cozy furniture, people from Hei Homes are also very helpful when in need.
