Nice house (things worked, nicely decorated). The hei team was very responsive over WhatsApp which I really appreciated. They also did a nice job of introducing us to each other in advance so it felt a bit like a community, rather than just strangers in the same house.

I stayed with Hei Homes for over 3 years across 2 different properties and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Prior to staying with Hei Homes I was with another Co-Living company and the difference is night and day.

What’s exceptional for me compared to the other coliving companies is the decor. Every property is immaculately decorated with exceptional taste and style. This is something that makes Hei Homes truly standout against any other co living company. Second is the price point. For the price point against other co living companies, Hei homes really stands out in terms of the quality of the property you are getting and the service.

Despite having a plethora of co living options to choose from in Singapore, as an expat, I’m often left with companies that over promise and under deliver.

Hei homes has been different from these experiences as the co founders are extremely hands-on with anything operational – may it be moving in, maintenance issues or any ad hoc requests. I find their speedy response rate to any escalation to be one of their most value added service.

Not to mention their units are beautifully curated, fully equipped and often in condos with excellent facilities. It’s rare to find fully furnished units put together by an interior designer to sublet in central Singapore!

Hei Homes is always my go to recommendation for any friends moving into town.

It’s a fuss free experience, the spaces are homely and tranquil and the founders are extremely lovely people!

Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially.
