I rented for almost two years a common room at the River Valley area from Hei Homes. It was a great experience, great apartment, ended up with life Long friends/roomies. Nissi was always the best, she relocated me to an apartment closer to work, was always on TOP of everything. If I go back to SG I wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again.

Renting with Hei Homes for my 5 months stay in Singapore was amazing! I loved my condo in Tiong Bahru, the apartment was very nicely decorated (bali vibes) and the area is great. The coliving was also nice, Hei Homes puts like-minded people together so had a great time with my flatmates! Besides that, the service of Hei Homes is very good, you don’t have to think about anything as cleaner, amenities etc are taken care of and they respond very quickly in case of an issue. Can recommend to anyone looking for a coliving place in Singapore!

Spent a lovely 4 months living at the Hei Homes accomodation in Tanjong Pagar. They lived up to the expectations set and while living with them I was happy at the end of a day to go back to a home. They created a warm environment and made sure that the tenants had everything they needed. Whenever we needed anything fixed or resupplied they would do so within a day or two. Very good service happy to have chosen them! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to put down roots!

Having them from different parts of the world, we exchange fascinating cultures and knowledge of each other’s backgrounds. We get along nicely back then and even now we still check upon each other. Had a pleasant experience staying here. The room was spacious, the girls in my flat were all lovely, and the rent management was quite communicative. The construction noise was the only issue I had but all in all staying here was still worth it given the price and all the facilities offered.

From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially.
