Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!

I lived at the Farrer Park property for over a year and a half. The property was well decorated and spacious and had a very homely feel. Hei Homes were very friendly (provided the odd homemade desserts) and helpful if anything needed fixing and I had a great time staying there!

Hei Homes has been an excellent Coliving provider, from beginning to end. All requests are attended diligently and efficiently! They make sure that the repairs & maintenance needed in the apartment is taken care of on a timely manner. Their prices is very reasonable given the quality of service they provide, from furnishing, cleaning to customer support. Ive tried to rent in other places but there’s nothing came close to my experience with Hei Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for long or short term lease in Singapore. Hei homes is super responsive and really good about fixing any issues in the flat, and providing necessary supplies. The furnishing in the flat was tasteful and homey. It made my short term stay in Singapore much more enjoyable to have accommodations where I didn’t have to worry about any other utilities or fees.
