Thank you for the prompt communication and transparency throughout. Everyone from the customer service to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout. Flatmates were 10/10 as well!

I spent the last 7 months in one of their rooms and everything has been really smooth. Staff always ready to answer my calls and mails and match my needs whenever for example I needed a new chair or a different desk. If something needed to be fixed, I have never waited more than half a day and I have appreciated their interest in keeping the interior design always updated and new. Renting with Hei Homes for my 5 months stay in Singapore was amazing! I loved my condo in Tiong Bahru, the apartment was very nicely decorated (bali vibes) and the area is great. The coliving was also nice, Hei Homes puts like-minded people together so had a great time with my flatmates! Besides that, the service of Hei Homes is very good, you don’t have to think about anything as cleaner, amenities etc are taken care of and they respond very quickly in case of an issue. Can recommend to anyone looking for a coliving place in Singapore!
