I had a wonderful time staying with Hei Homes in Singapore. I was in a flat in Farrer Park – great location, condo with brilliant amenities, very convenient too. Through my fifteen months with them, I had five different flatmates, all of whom were easy to live with, thanks to Hei Homes’ help. I appreciated Hei Homes’ communication – they were accessible during office hours on WhatsApp, and always replied quickly and in full. It was a perfect option for me with the rolling rent structure, given my work situation. Would stay again!

Spent a lovely 4 months living at the Hei Homes accomodation in Tanjong Pagar. They lived up to the expectations set and while living with them I was happy at the end of a day to go back to a home. They created a warm environment and made sure that the tenants had everything they needed. Whenever we needed anything fixed or resupplied they would do so within a day or two. Very good service happy to have chosen them! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to put down roots!

Hey Holmes has been a really good landlord! From the start, they have been good at responding immediately, and being helpful with papers and tours, as well as good introductions to the apartment complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very homely, and the landlord was very good at helping and making sure everything was as it should be. If we were missing something or needed assistance, help came immediately. They have provided everything we have needed and I have been very happy to rent an apartment through Hei Holmes. There have been no problems during my stay, either with the apartment, the papers or financially. Heihomes is a great co-living provider. It was my first time renting a co-living space, so I did a lot of research and Heihomes is quite reasonably priced compared to other co-living providers on the market.

Their monthly cost accounted for most things internet, weekly cleaning of shared areas, electricity, water, etc. (unless you go above the limit) as well as toiletries such as paper towels, toilet paper etc.). I felt like a lot of the costs of living and renting were covered in my monthly payments. They also have great customer service and respond to any queries very quickly and I would recommend Heihomes to anyone who is looking for a good co-living provider.
