It is one of the best renting agencies I have seen, mainly for the students like me who are looking for short term rentals it’s very convenient. The stay was very well organised, starting from furnishing, utensils to arranging helper, everything was spot-on. Would definitely recommend to go through them for a country like Singapore where finding a house is a nightmare. Thanks guys!!

My 6 month stay with Hei Homes at Kerrisdale has been wonderful. The unit is well-furnished and maintained. The best part is that the rent is inclusive of most things so I didn’t have to worry about paying monthly utility bills, getting repairs done etc. Not only do they provide us with cleaning and kitchen supplies but also have a weekly cleaner come in to thoroughly clean all the spaces. And to top it up, the team has always been very responsive and efficient. Overall a great experience.

I’ve been to many countries but have never felt more at home than at Hei Homes. I love how homey and warm the living spaces feel, as opposed to the typical ones you get from hotel rooms that require you to pay twice as much. Next time you visit Singapore, definitely choose Hei Homes and be rewarded with an amazing stay!

I used Hei Homes services to find my first appartement in Singapore. Very good service, seamless processes to move in and out. Very arranging team, always responsive. Also the location was perfect and the appartement in good conditions. Recommended!

Nice house (things worked, nicely decorated). The hei team was very responsive over WhatsApp which I really appreciated. They also did a nice job of introducing us to each other in advance so it felt a bit like a community, rather than just strangers in the same house.

It was great to stay at Langston Ville. It is close to the bus stop and also close to most of the places in Singapore.

I planned to stay 3 months but stayed 7 months with Hei Homes and I highly recommend them for those who can afford it. The house was spacious and well decorated. Their room rental rates are competitive, and to compare accurately you should consider that all recurring costs are included in their rental unlike some other companies/landlords – costs such as cleaning, wifi, utilities and household supplies.

Here are 4 things I appreciated:

1) Easily accessible, personal and responsive customer support via WhatsApp – I have since moved to a bigger name Co-living company and their customer service requires you to submit a ticket through their app, and they’re slow to respond, it’s driving me nuts. Appreciating Hei Homes even more now.

2) Provision of household supplies over and above the minimal that other companies provide. Again comparing to my new place as well as based on my enquiries with many others during my search.

3) Prioritizing privacy in mixed gender apartments – in my apartment with two rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom between the rooms, they were committed to ensuring that prospective male tenants were offered other rooms, so that as a female tenant I would not have an adjoining bathroom with a male tenant. I did not find any other companies committed to such arrangements during my search.
Also in relation to privacy, they took very seriously my concern about a camera in the shower and acted promptly on it (turned out to be a false alarm).

4) As a bonus, they are still the only co-living company I know to allow overnight stays at no extra charge (for a limited number of days per month). Because of this I made good memories having my godsister stay over with me sometimes. It was a blessing and a special time.

I had 5 housemates during this short time and it was great knowing them, we got along well despite the age gap (I’m older than most of them being in my late 30s).

Hei Homes wasn’t perfect of course, there were issues but they were mostly resolved satisfactorily or I decided I could live with it, being a short-term stayer. I still highly recommend Hei Homes to anyone who might be looking, local or expat.

I had a wonderful time staying with Hei Homes in Singapore. I was in a flat in Farrer Park – great location, condo with brilliant amenities, very convenient too. Through my fifteen months with them, I had five different flatmates, all of whom were easy to live with, thanks to Hei Homes’ help. I appreciated Hei Homes’ communication – they were accessible during office hours on WhatsApp, and always replied quickly and in full. It was a perfect option for me with the rolling rent structure, given my work situation. Would stay again!
